Your First Visit
If you are visiting us for a checkup and cleaning for the first time, you will be seen by our hygiene department and receive a thorough oral examination by one of our skilled dentists. Typically, these visits last for between one to 1.5 hours. If your first visit with us involves addressing some more complex needs, our team will book you for a 30 to 60-minute consultation with one of our dentists. We will take X-rays and discuss your expectations and the findings from our exam with you. We’ll then provide you with a treatment plan and answer any questions you may have before scheduling you for your next visit.
Patient Forms
Once you schedule your appointment with us, our team will mail your patient forms to your home so you won’t have to worry about printing them out! We ask that you please fill them out ahead of time and bring them with you to your appointment. We’ve also included a downloadable version of our forms below.
Dental Insurance Welcome
Our practice is in-network with most major PPO dental insurance plans, but we want you to know that we still accept out-of-network plans too! Our team is excellent at maximizing benefits when we file claims on your behalf, and we take pride in being as helpful as possible to our patients because we know how frustrating dental insurance can be to navigate. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
No Dental Insurance? Try Our In-House Membership Plan
If you’re uninsured, we offer an affordable and easy-to-use in-house membership plan. Simply sign up with our front desk, pay your annual fee, and receive all of the preventive services needed to keep your smile healthy.
